  4. Departure and Arrival in Overstrand • Arrive at school at 8.45 am • Leave suitcase / holdall in the playground • Children to register as normal in own classroom • The coach will leave at 9.30am prompt. • Arrive Overstrand for 12:00 Overstrand 2019

  5. Accommodation / Facilities Overstrand 2019 Overstrand Hall Children will stay in dormitories of 6 - 12 Indoor spaces Dining room

Kit List Overstrand 2019 • 2 pairs of shorts • 3 T-shirts - preferably with collars to protect from the sun and at least two with long sleeves (long sleeves are necessary for some of the activities) • 2 sweatshirts (including hoodie) • 2 pairs of jogging bottoms or similar • Waterproof jacket / cagoule • Leisure clothes for the disco • Night clothes (dressing gowns optional and slippers) • 1 pairs of trainers • 1 pair of wellies for rock pooling activity or a pair of old trainers that can get wet

  11. Kit List Overstrand 2019 • Named water bottle • 1 towel • Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap, tooth brush and toothpaste) • Brush or comb • Dirty linen bag • Underwear (pants, socks etc) • Teddy (optional) • Sunhat and sun-cream • £5 spending money (in small change)

  13. Medical Information Overstrand 2019 All medication to be labelled with the child’s name and class. Hand into the office by Monday 20th May with directions for use.
