Medicaid Waivers Eligibility • Intellectual Disability Waiver • Birth to age six: at developmental risk • Over six: MR/ID diagnosis • Developmental Disabilities Waiver • Over six: developmental disability diagnosis • Day Support Waiver • MR/ID diagnosis • All require deficits in functional ability determined by a case manager or DMAS

  4. Medicaid Waiver Employment-Related Services • ID, DS & DD Waivers • Prevocational Services • Supported Employment Services • Group & Individual Employment • Requirement that DRS/IDEA funding be ruled out first
