Session 2 - Content • clarity of wording of the questions • ability to answer specific question (i.e. difficulties in getting the information specified) • definition issues (including the use of WDF for waste BVPIs) • data related issues on validation • content of ‘drop down’ selection lists • nature and content of reports produced • content of help function BeEnvironmentalTaking the sting out of waste & environmental management
