  1. Major Difference Between WCDMA and CDMA WCDMA stands for Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, whereas CDMA stands for Code Division Multiple Access. There are a number of differences between WCDMA and CDMA. Simply scroll down and take a look at WCDMA vs CDMA: 1.The main difference between the two of them is that CDMA is an algorithm that beings more channels in a single bandwidth. On the other hand, WCDMA uses CDMA and incorporates GSM as well as EDGE in it. 2.CDMA can be used over a 2G network, whereas WCDMA can be used over a 3G network. 3.CDMA is quite slow compared to the other one. 4.CDMA rivals with GSM, whereas WCDMA works with it. 5.CDMA can operate in a bandwidth of 1.25 MHz as well as WCDMA can operate in 5 MHz. Conclusion In the present era, where connections are more important than ever, it is quite essential to stay connected. People need connections that are strong, fast, and trustworthy. Technology – whether it is software or hardware keeps developing rapidly to offer individuals with these advantages. WCDMA and CDMA are the result of this, and it is not the last step in the history of human of efficient communications. Thanks to technology, there will be more to come, with better speeds.
