  1. New Employee Orientation: An Overview New employee orientation can be defined as the process used by seniors to welcome a new employee into the company. The primary aim of new employee orientation is to assist the new employee feel welcomed, comfortable, and integrated into the business and perform the new job in a quick and successful manner. In businesses, a basic of information occurs that you need to share with all new employees. However, depending on the level of the job, the roles and responsibilities of the job, and the expertise of the new employee, things will vary. New employee orientation is generally organized and led by a meeting with the Human Resources department that includes information in areas, including safety, the culture of the company, work environment, employee's new manager and coworkers, new job description, benefits and benefits eligibility, company history, organization chart, and anything that is related for the new employee to working in the new company. This process usually includes an introduction to all departments in the company as a list of staff to meet who are important to the success of the new employee. The best orientations have set up these things prior to the arrival of a new employee. Employee onboarding also contains training on-the-job, with a colleague who does or has done the job in the company. New employee orientation regularly consists of spending time doing the tasks in each department in order to know the flow of the product or service through the business.
