In businesses, a basic of information occurs that you need to share with all new employees. However, depending on the level of the job, the roles and responsibilities of the job, and the expertise of the new employee, things will vary. This process usually includes an introduction to all departments in the company as a list of staff to meet who are important to the success of the new employee.
