  1. What is Action Learning and how does it help Solve Organizational Problems? Action Learning is defined as a combination of project mentoring, individual coaching, group coaching, facilitation and skills development trainings. The action learning group comprises of 4-7 people and a facilitator who stick together in a pre-specified period of time. Each group member has to bring a start- up or a running project or a project related problem to the action learning group for which he is responsible. Each member of the group will hold the role of project, while the others operate as coaches. The facilitator will ensure that all the project holders or problem presenters get enough support to accomplish their goals and will do every possible thing to maximize the new knowledge at individual, group and corporate level.

The great attraction of action learning is its unique power to simultaneously solve difficult challenges and develop people and organizations at minimum costs.
