  1. Activities for Students in the classroom A "development attitude" has never been more critical than it is right now. As the world changes quickly, we must continuously face unforeseen challenges. Since social norms change and our outlook on life changes, we should keep up with each of these changes and adjust as necessary. Students must have a growth mentality to overcome any obstacles they may face when acquiring or developing a new set of competencies. People with strong personal skills understand the importance of persistence and willpower, and this kind of mindset comes from constant engagement in classroom activities. Children who attend a good school are more likely to have a developmental mentality. Children from the initial years should be enrolled in the top schools in India because that is where they spend most of their time away from their families. Students can prepare themselves for self-improvement by being accepted to the top CBSE-affiliated school. By changing how they perceive, students may transform how they approach learning. Since they know that their knowledge and abilities might grow, they may learn and gain more. Participation in learning activities makes it more likely for someone to reach their maximum potential. Fixed-attitude kids try to brush off criticisms or completely disregard the issue. However, students with a growth mentality work hard to confront criticism, make amends for their mistakes, and face challenges head-on. Schools today are implementing novel strategies to help children succeed and get prepared for tomorrow. It is crucial to provide them with a setting that understands the value of having a progressive outlook. Manav Rachna International School, Shiv Nadar School, Delhi Public School, Amity International School, and St. Xavier's School are a few best schools in Gurgaon that provide such an excellent academic environment. Manav Rachna International School is at two locations in Gurgaon, Sector-46 and Sector-51 offering education to students from Bloomz to Grade XII. The following are some activities schools should use to encourage learners: •A Negative to Constructive Approach: This wonderful first activity aids in introducing kids to the concepts of the positive frame of mind. Furthermore, it helps students understand how to modify their inner dialogue to modify the required attitude. Make a list of every unfavourable or limiting statement you have ever made about yourself, such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not as excellent as others." Then, by altering the phrasing we used, show how to reframe the phrase to be more upbeat. Students will start to make basic inferences about how they might modify their words to boost their self-esteem. When they've attempted the first few pieces you've provided for them, encourage them to experiment with the rest. •Notable Setbacks: Many of our biggest accomplishments are followed by relatively necessary obstacles, and many examples exist throughout our history. Learning about these people and how they overcame adversity to grow may be incredibly encouraging for young children. With your learners, search for a handful of history's most well-known errors, or even better, let them do their research. Students will discover that rejection is a part of life but that through persevering, one may

  2. genuinely thrive by studying how those people battled and recovered, even more, driven to achieve their goals. •Evaluation of one's knowledge: Having a clear sense of our identities is essential to a progressive mind. It requires staying conscious of our strengths and weaknesses, areas that need improvement, and what inspires and exhausts us. Through this activity, learners will discover how mindfulness can result in many aspects of their growth. Educators can achieve this by posing the problems orally or in writing. Encourage pupils to consider the core of each issue as they pursue it and to offer the most accurate responses they can. Educators can play a crucial part in helping children to adopt a growth attitude by including them in such activities. Learners should view challenges as opportunities for growth and failures as lessons to be acquired when learning something new. Students should consider the meaning of setbacks for themselves and keep in mind that perseverance is the key.
