DD - Data Dictionary Contains also … • All relevant instruction text • Fully-automated-stand-alone update guidance for each water sector • Fully automated set of xls-templates for each water sector / table available for download DD – Update Guidance – XLS-templates always in line and up-to-date

  11. CDR - Central Data Repository • Upload your files in a new envelope • Edit with GDEM (eg.: GW body characterisation) (only for some dataflows) Finally release envelope

  24. Data delivery of Serbia and Montenegro (update 2005): • Generally Good delivery • Understandable delivery (remark fields used for additional explanations) • Templates used 159 Stations provided (27 precipitation; stations, 132 non defined) Data: Ptotal, Pmax, Qmean, Qmax delivered

  25. Problems encountered in Datadelivery of Serbia and Montenegro (update 2005): • Late delivery (17. November 2005) • Stick exactly to Data Dictionaire requirements • Fill in templates completely if possible • If only 0 Values not possible to use stations

  26. Problems encountered in Datadelivery of Serbia and Montenegro (update 2005): • Stick to data dictionaire codelist definitions -> other definitions can´t be processed • Deliver all requested data (incl. Q95%) • Deliver long time series

Rough check: Data delivery of Serbia and Montenegro (update 2006): • Generally same comments as for delivery for 2005 update • Check data dictionaire determinand codelist definitions each year (given: 1-5; used: 1-6,7) -> other definitions can´t be processed • Deliver all requested data (incl. Q95%) • Deliver long time series • Finish envelope!
