Imperatives. İngilizce'de Imperatives (emir cümleleri) isminden de anlaşıldığı gibi, bir işin yapılmasını, ya da yapılmamasını emreden cümlelerdir. Emir cümleleri diğer cümlelere nazaran ayrı bir özellik taşır. . Go to the door. * Open the door. Kapıyı aç.  * Close the door. Kapıyı kapat.

  8. İngilizce sıfatlar, isimlerin nitelik ve niceliklerini bildiren kelimelerdir. Varlıkların nasıl olduklarını, sayılarını bildirirler, yerlerini işaret eder ve isimlerden önce gelirler.
