  2. The need for making collaborations and cooperations through EU countries • EU needs to gather under more variable concepts in order to enlarge diversity and density. One of the most significant means of disseminating this mission depends on making collaborations throughout the European countries. It has been experienced that LLP projects are definitely very powerful tools in this manner.

Potential project ideas awaiting for the convenient implementation When the LLP projects spread over European organisations and institutions in the recent years , especially later than 2000s , people began to need to implement projects in the most efficient way while saving time and energy. Therefore, a demand for new resources has emerged.
