Blue Line Club Purpose • The Blue Line Club is a volunteer, non-profit organization, whose membership is comprised of the Varsity and JV hockey team members parents/guardians. • The mission is to provide year-round support for the Varsity and JV boy’s hockey teams. • The BLC is a non-profit organization that will use club dues and funds raised to support the EV High School boy’s hockey program. • The BLC will use its funds as agreed upon by the Board and the BLC members

  5. 2013-2014 High School Hockey Fundraising • There are four key fundraisers for the High School Program: • Ads in the Game Program • This year’s coordinator is Todd Anders • Checkbook • Mandatory participation for each player • Grocery Bagging • Three mandatory player events during the course of the season • Concessions • JV and Varsity concession attendants required

High School Hockey Website • The website is the same website as the youth program • http://www.eastviewhockey.net/ • Then click on High School on the top tab, then click on Boy’s program • All information for both Varsity and JV • Calendar of events • Game Schedule • Other EV hockey information

Captains Practices • Captains practice will begin on Sunday Oct 6th • Encourage all players to participate • Fall athletes that can’t make all of the captains practice pay a price of $35. • Non fall athletes should plan on attending all captains practices and the cost is $75. • Please make checks payable to: EV Blue Line Club • Checks and Medical Release/Waiver forms turned in to Kay Kukowski. All funds and forms need to be turned into Kay prior to your son going on the ice. • We will have a schedule for 1 parent to supervise each captains practice. • Schedule is on the EV website
