ITTF ED & TRAINING Overall Mission statement The ITTF Education & Training Department will play a fundamental role in improving the sport of table tennis; by securing sound and constructive pathways for athlete’s development, by providing opportunities for athletes and coaches to excel in overall sport specific knowledge, including strong awareness of important rules and regulations attached to ITTF events , and by creating a level playing field for talented athletes pursuing table tennis as their number one sport.

  4. ITTF Athletes Development Model “The ITTF ADM shall be considered as the general guideline for all active support towards the development of athletes and also capture the Global Reach spirit by offering opportunities to athletes from all corners of the globe “

UNDERSTAND all ASPECTS of DEVELOPMENT • General Interest to develop our sport. • Sport structure (overall – IOC Olympic Solidarity) , the ITTF Development Plan and the ITTF Global Junior Programme • Global Reach – Play a Role – Recruit – Scout – Watch • SUITABLE ACTION ; Study the ITTF Calendar Be present at continental events – Mini cadet to senior (hospitality issues will be investigated) Make time to become active on the global scene.
