    4. 4 CAEI Programmatic Engineering, Measurement, & Analysis (PEMA) contract: N65236-07-R-0080 Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Firm Fixed Priced Pricing Structure Period of Performance: 8 year contract (one year base, 4 one-year option periods, and 3 award term years) Stringent Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Scope of contract will provide programmatic support to include: Engineering Analysis – tech reviews, independent studies, design reviews Program/Project Management: EVM, ROI, QA, Risk management, financial management & planning Measurement and Analysis – performance metrics, statistical analysis, process controls Continuous improvement: ISO 9001, CMMI, LSS Information Services Anticipated start date: 1 December 2007

    5. 5 Enterprise Platform Integration Contract (EPIC): N00039-07-R-0002 Contract issued out of SPAWAR HQ SSC Charleston has ordering authority CAEI (09C) as the trusted agent Cost Plus Incentive Fee/Firm Fixed Priced Pricing Structure Period of Performance: 8 year contract (5 year base period, with 3 one-year option periods) Scope of contract encompasses: SCN platform integration SCN Platform Engineering Procurement for SCN Platforms Fabrication and assembly Test Limited installation of integrated C4I capabilities aboard new construction ships The goal of this contract is to improve platform performance and reduce total costs to the Government Anticipated start date: FY 2008 - 1st quarter/2nd quarter
