  2. Warm up MEMORIZATION CHECK Take out a sheet of notebook paper and label it with your name date and the period. With books and scripts closed, write down every line you speak in your act.

  4. Today’s activities • Memorization check • Performance group • HW: Read scene 4.3 and answer the questions note- this is a challenging scene.

Performance groups • Remember: Memorization check on Friday As you Practice today, remember what I’ll be looking for in the performances: • Tone of voice, facial expressions, gestures, entrances/exits, and anything else that directly communicates the meaning of your act to the audience • Anything that doesn’t fit into that (bizarre props, zany fight scenes, conversations about who you’re going to hang out with) need to be avoided.
