  2. Salamanca, Spain The place to be in Salamanca is Plaza Mayor. It is considered not only to be one of the most beautiful plazas in the city but also in all of Spain. Salamanca, Spain is located at 40º 58’N and 5º 39’W.

  3. Honolulu, Hawaii This is the Waikiki Beach, which in Hawaiian means sprouting waters. Today the Waikiki calm waters are perfect for surfing. Honolulu was once a place where Hawaii royalty lived. Honolulu, Hawaii is located at 21º 18’N and 157º 51’W.

  4. Auckland, New Zealand The Auckland Tower is the tallest man made structure in New Zealand, standing at about 328 meters tall with breathtaking views up to 80 miles in every direction. Auckland, New Zealand is located at 36º 52’S and 174º 46’E.

  5. Nairobi, Kenya Nairobi is the largest city in East Africa. It is also the region's youngest, most modern and most rapidly developing city.   9. Istanbul, Turkey This is the Ayasofya, which is a church that was built and dedicated to the second person of the Holy Trinity named Logos, which means Christ. Its feast is celebrated on December 25th. Famous for its massive dome, it’s said to have “changed the history of architecture”. It was once known as the world’s largest cathedral. It was designed by a Greek scientist, physicist, and mathematician and was the third church in the Holy Wisdom (Ayasofya comes from the Greek word meaning wisdom). Istanbul, Turkey is located at 41º 1’N and 28º 58’E.
