  1. CLOUD-BASED CRM SYSTEM With Internet-based Cloud technology gaining pace, the shift from traditional software models to the internet has steadily gained momentum over the last ten years. A Cloud-based CRM software can be accessed over the internet, making it easy for the users to access any information, from anywhere at any given time. INTRODUCTION TO CRM SOFTWARE As you already know, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software has the capability to capture your company’s contacts, leads, create cases and helps you communicate with your potential customers. Since the software is installed on a cloud sever in a data center, it can be accessed from anywhere over the internet.
