Purpose • Web-based tasking and document management system • Supports tasking, action, and tracking of internally and externally generated Taskers • Task across OPNAV Directorates • Assign and move tasks and related documents electronically • Check progress with online, real-time status and tracking • Completed Taskers archived and retrievable • Email notification of activity

  6. Process Flow Diagram • 1. Front Office / CTTA Creates Tasker • Enters in Tasker Information (title, due date, etc.) • Assigns Purpose Codes to Divisions • Attaches scanned Tasker Packet • Submit Front Office • 8. Front Office Approves • Enters Complete Date Directorate • 2. Directorate Assign Division • Directorate receives notification • Assigns Division or AO • Submit • 7. Directorate Approves • Check Div Comp Date Directorate Coordinate • 3. Division Assigns AO • Divisions Assigns AO • Submit • 6. Division Approves • Checks Division Complete Date Division Division • 4. AO Receives Tasker • AO receives notification • 5. AO Posts Response • AO attaches response files • Checks AO Complete Date AO AO
