  1. Bret’s BTAP Activities(Since Last Time) Nov 22, 2006

  2. What’s Next? • Push data through pipeline • Hoping Mipav release on Friday will allow pipeline to run on a cluster New MIPAV runs without display! (Although MIPAV release was late and there were some installation problems) • Get more data • Get more template modalities (maybe find healthy patient with T1, T2 and FLAIR?)

  3. Weirdness with MIPAV Scripts • Same script (nonlinear noise reduction) run twice but called two different things (2d and 3d NR) • Turns out MIPAV algorithm has a parameter that can be set to specify 2d or 3d (wasn’t being used)

  4. Webpage Updates • Updated People (still need some pics and a few details) • Updated Projects (Database project added) • “tumor” → “tumour” • BTGP → BTAP • Fixed a bunch of typos • Did not replace old page yet, but at www.cs.ualberta.ca/~btgp/Revised/
