  11. Results 2011-2012 FINANCIALS • Balanced budget 35th consecutive year • $2.9 million increase in unrestricted net assets from operations • Approximately $1 million shortfall in tuition revenue offset by unspent contingency of $1 million • $3.9 m increase in total net assets ($10 m last year)

Results 2011-2012 Stewardship At Work • $1.5 m savings in personnel costs (vacancies, accrued vacation expense, etc.) – acknowledge stewardship of cabinet, deans, department chairs and impact on workload • $790,000 savings in utilities, accreditation, contracted services, printing, and other areas • $220,000 unspent financial aid
