LA FP&C • Coordinating with FP&C to confirm bid process and eligible items for terminal contribution • 2019 Capital Outlay Application submitted • Applying for $7 million towards terminal construction to be available next Fall EDA Grant Application • Revised EDA grant application submitted and received decision that the application meets further consideration TSA OTA Application • Submitted Grant Application, waiting on feedback Terminal Program Update

Airlines • Working with Airlines to discuss leasable space and an agreement to buildout space in New Terminal QTA \ Ready Return • Continued to meet with Rental Car Companies, moving forward on QTA Lease Rates • Rental cars agreement to move to Short Term Lot - completed Concessions Terminal Program Update

  5. Enabling Demo • Demolition - Complete • AOA fencing and gates – Complete • Fill Material and Asphalt – Complete • Seeding/Sod – Complete • Substantially Complete • Reviewing completion paperwork and waiting on 45-day lien-free period • Final Acceptance - upcoming Terminal Program Update

Rental Car Quick Turn Around Facility Timeline: • Oct. 2018: Commission Approved Updated CFC • Nov. 2018: Construction Bids Due • Dec. 2018: Approved Bids • Jan. 2019: FP&C Construction Concurrence • Feb. 2019: Award Contract • Preconstruction meeting completed 2/20/19 • Apr. 2019: NTP • Feb. 2020: Construction Complete Terminal Program Update

  7. GMP 1: Approved 9/25/18, Notice to Proceed 11/12/18 Terminal Program Update GMP 2: Approved 1/15/19, Notice to Proceed 1/15/19 GMP 3: Terminal Building Shell, MEP and Finishes 100% Design to complete in Feb. 2019 – Presentation in April Bidding in Mar. 2019 Approval by LAC May 2019

  8. New Terminal Construction Update Project 1 – RTR Cable Relocation • Cable wire pulled, spliced, and FAA cutover complete • Manholes 1 through 4 set and backfilled, asphalt placement upcoming GMP1 – Project 1

  9. New Terminal Construction Update Project 2 – RTR Facility • Duct banks for the RTR cable from the building to tower – complete • Building walls and roof trusses– complete GMP 1 – Project 2 RTR Facility
