Issues & Proposed Actions • Low student morale and more student advocacy • Staff development courses on equity in education and cultural awareness & sensitivity • MSAN Group created based on Ron Ferguson’s Master Framework for the Conspiracy to Succeed • Peer-to-peer mentoring • Buddy system for AP classes and cohorts • Student assemblies and guest speakers • Jonathan Edison, Dr. David Stovall & Consuelo Castillo Kickbusch
