Sidekick App for Phone Banking: Download and Get Started Today

1. Phone Banking: In App and Desktop

2. DOWNLOAD THE SIDEKICK APP If you are using an Apple device, go to the iTunes App store and type in “campaignsidekick” to find the app. If you are using an Android device, go to Google Play and type in “campaignsidekick” to find the app. Download it to your device.

3. GETTING STARTED ON THE APP 1) Check your email for an auto-generated message from Campaign Sidekick, it will contain your login information. If you haven't received one, contact your campaign admins. 2) Enter your username and password, then “Choose Your Campaign,” then click “Login.” username and password are both case sensitive #2 #1 #3

4. PHONE BANKING (Sidekick iPhone App) Once you have confirmed your phone number, you will be dropped into queue. Hit “Call.” If the voter answers, hit Survey. If the voter does not answer, hit Voice Mail and move to Next voter. In your iPhone or iOS device, you will be asked to enter and confirm your cell phone number. You will need to answer in order to make calls. Then hit ”Call.” To access the phone bank in your Sidekick app, click on the “Phone” button.

5. PHONE BANKING (Sidekick Android App) If the voter answers, hit “Survey.” If they don’t, hit “Voicemail.” Once you have completed your survey with the voter, hit ”End Survey” and move to your next call. To access the phone bank in your Sidekick app, click on the “Phone” button. To start calling in your Android app, just hit “Call.” .

6. PHONE BANKING (Desktop/Lap Top) To make phone calls through the Sidekick system on your desktop, laptop or even smart tablet, first log-into Sidekick, then hit “Phone Bank.”

7. PHONE BANKING (Desktop/Smart Tablet) To make calls, you can call through the system, use your own phone, the regular phone bank or use the Power Dialer (if your campaign has activated it).

8. PHONE BANKING (Power Dialer) If you choose Power Dialer, click on the Power Dial Call. You will now be making outbound calls at the ratio set by your Admin and will connect with the live voter while the remaining voters get the pre-recorded Voicemail. Once you have finished Surveying the voter, hit Power Dial Call again and the sequence will begin again.
