  3. Get Agile Methodologies With us As the agile movement is gradually gaining momentum, it is worth considering its scope in the functioning of government. Over the years, government innovators have introduced a number of policies and guides. But adoption of agile in government still remains a significant topic of discussion. However, before knowing more about the adoption of agile methodologies in government, let’s understand what an agile model means. By releasing small pieces of functionality and encouraging constant communication between team members, it uses equipment displaying the progress. Product development is thus broken into different stages which are called sprints.
