  2. Project summary What to do • Promote IT/ICT throughout the FSU campus. Start with a massive survey that gets 500+ responses • Check the knowledge of FSU students about IT and ICT. Using that data, design some on campus marketing activities that will raise awareness. What to find • How do people find out about programs? • Where do students get their info? • How do we get the info to them?

  3. Goals • Distribute surveys to students on their general knowledge of IT/ICT • Get 500+ responses • Find ways of advertising that will spark the interest of students • Set up a Facebook page with a link to the survey • Promoting IT/ICT at FSU Previews, market Wednesdays and also to transferring TCC students • Coordinating with other events, helping with the marketing while also surveying the attendees

  4. Metrics Measuring our Success • Obtaining 500+ survey responses • Getting students more aware of the IT/ICT programs • Did the ways we decide to distribute the surveys turn out positive? • Monthly reviews: measuring which avenue of promotion equals to the most survey responses

  5. Timeline • February 4th: Survey done and ready to distribute • February 8th: Survey distributed to teachers and students for completion • April 1st: Survey results obtained and calculated • Preview Dates: February 22nd, March 1st, March 22nd, March 29th • Market Wednesdays until March 27th • TCC Thursdays until March 28th
