  1. How do Plants Drink Water? Have you ever wondered how does a plant drink water? Plants don’t have a mouth like us, so how does the plant drink water? Let’s investigate how plants drink water when they are thirsty.

  2. Ummm, How do Plants Drink Water?

  3. The Experiment white flowers food colouring (red, yellow, blue) clear plastic cups jug of water What do I need?

  4. First, I will pour coloured water into the cups. Next, I will put the flowers into the cups.

  5. Now I have to wait and see what happens. I will check every day. Look what happened! The petals changed to the same colour as the water!

  6. Wow! Plants do drink water!

  7. What did I see?
