Shoulder • Increase ROM • Sleeper stretch • Supine flexion and extension • Supine horizontal adduction and abduction • Supine internal and external rotation • Increase Strength • Push-up plus • Bent over rows • Military press • Lat pull-downs • Plyometrics • Trampoline toss • Push-ups on boxes

  4. Shoulder • PNF Strengthening Techniques • Rhythmic contraction • Body blade • Manual resistance • Re-establishing Neuromuscular control • Weight shifting on a ball • Slide board exercises • Functional progression • Thrower’s program

  5. Elbow • Increase ROM • Elbow flexion—active and passive • Extension—active and passive • Pronation • Supination • Increase Strength • Isometric flexion and extension • Bicep curls • Tricep extensions • Pronation and supination with weight

  6. Wrist • Increase ROM • Flexion—active and passive • Extension—active and passive • Ulnar deviation • Radial deviation • Pronation • Supination • Increase Strength • Wrist curls • Wrist extensions • Ulnar and radial deviation with weight • Pronation and supination with weight

  7. Hand/fingers • Increase ROM • Finger flexion • Finger extension • Wrist flexion and extension • “Make a fist” • Opposition • Finger abduction • Finger adduction • Increase Strength
