  4. Previous Experience Challenges: • Psychological obstacles: students and myself • Difficult to attract students’ attention • Time-consuming

  5. Previous Experience Strategies: • Offering English courses during vacations • Encouraging vision and ambition (e.g. Lai; Rain) • Organizing an English club (non-profit organization) • Making the course contents less challenging • Promoting English NBA program to students

  6. Future Plans Expected challenges: • Required courses • Large classes with students with varied backgrounds • Lower performance for assessment of teaching

  7. Future Plans Strategies: • Inviting new MBA students to summer English classes • Encouraging vision and ambition • Telling students how to improve their English • Making teaching materials easier • Having flexible requirements

  8. Conclusions • Be well-prepared: professional knowledge, English proficiency and teaching skills • Be patient • Be persistent
