  2. Goal: To Enhance dignified income and employment options for ST families (trust on women sensitive livelihood) from X to Y BY 2020 through facilitated actions and convergence. Indicators : Average Income per Capita for STs, Man days of Employment in their own settings, Number of days of migration and persons migrating, Sources of additional income, Type and number of assets (farm and household), Resource enhancement in tribal region, Livelihood risk mitigation, Diversified income options, self employment and employability, complimentary income fro STs women

Livelihood Sectors for ST Communities • Land based livelihoods ( Agriculture, Livestock ) • Forest Resource based livelihoods ( CFRA, NTFPs) • Nonfarm Options ( new skilled based , traditional skilled based (Handicrafts), processing of produce and collective trading, individual / group enterprises , service provision through CRPs ) • Migration + Wage based livelihoods through government schemes + Reservations in jobs

Livelihood Finance • Convergence with line department – SRLM, IWMP, WCDC, MGNREGs, Agri. and dairy Development Department, Forest department, etc. • Ensure bank Finance (SHG Finance, Producer groups / user group, JLGs, etc) • CSR Fund • Public–private partnership • Donations • Gap filling should be done by TDD (eg. Pond deepening)
