All technical conditions requests and approvals are centralized through the new e-service system based on one stop shop. www.arxkom.gov.az

DEALING WITH CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY PERMITS Risk-based approach to the inspection regime has been introduced with regard to low-risk buildings (such as warehouses) • The state control over the construction is carried out only at the base of the installation and at the final stage; • "Registry of State Supervision in Construction" is not required for warehouses. Upon completion of the construction and installation works, an occupancy act is prepared, which reflects the requirements of the urban development and construction documents and the construction project and completion of the state control over the construction.
