The Mission of the Stern Center for Research Computing • We are devoted to providing world class facilities and services to • help researchers solve problems that are computationally challenging • make it possible to attack previously infeasible problems with innovative computational techniques • assist researchers by offering consulting services for all aspects of research specific computing • Provide dozens of business data sources, the foundation of successful business research

High Performance Grid Computing Environment • For long running computations and/or tasks with large memory requirements • Run multiple tasks simultaneously across many machines • Free alternative to purchasing and/or dedicating personal computer hardware for research • Parallel GPU computing for intensive matrix operations with MATLAB
