How I Approach Change Answer 5 is strongly agree; 1 is strongly disagree • Change often makes me feel fearful. • Change often makes me feel hopeful and inspired. • When faced with change I often become depressed. • When faced with change; I generally look for the positive. • I really don’t look forward to taking on unfamiliar tasks. • I welcome taking on unfamiliar tasks. • My friends can sense my worry in times of change. • Friends can see my enthusiasm for change. • Change often makes me yearn for the way things were. • I truly like most change. Determine two scores: Add odd #’s Then add even #’s High Even and Low Odd Scores = You handle change well
