  4. Considerations Organization - What are we going to do? What is the purpose? Budget - What will this cost? How do we pay for this? Policies and Procedures - How will we do what we need to do? How will we insure quality in the program? Process and Quality Curriculum – Design it? Purchase it? Teaching/Facilitating – Full time? Part time? Students/Learners – Individuals? Groups? Public Relations - How will we make our audience aware of us? Are there any other audiences we might attract? Program Improvement / Evaluation - How do we make ourselves better? Scaling Issues - How big do we want to get? Can we get that big?

Discussions are a key component of our course model. Continuous participation in the ongoing discussions throughout the course is expected. • A relevant, authentic project is completed over time as the course progresses. The projects are designed so that learners can use them in their teaching practice.
