  3. Assisting seniors in routine activities like eating, bathing, grooming, maintaining personal hygiene, and going to the toilet. Initiating and participating in activities to entertain seniors and help them connect with their peers in the assisted living facility.

  4. Maintaining medical and personal records of seniors and reporting changes in health/behavior as and when required. Ensure that seniors take their medications on time and report to facility health staff if someone has been refusing medicines.

  5. Be prompt and positive towards the requests made by seniors in an assisted living facility. Handling emergencies swiftly, especially when a senior resident is unwell.

  6. Ensuring that each senior in the assisted living facility gets a safe, clean, and orderly environment to live comfortably. Being cooperative and attentive towards not just seniors but also co-workers.
