PPT 的製作. 每張投影片要有標題。 放入的圖片要 有名稱、觀察的 基本資料、及構造標示。 如：水蘊草細胞， 5%NaCl 1min ， 10 ×40 圖片可裁減，做調整 ( 改善亮度、對比、焦距、縮放等 ) 。 投影片的版面排列要整齊，勿擁擠，也不要過於鬆散 。 投影片 上的文字勿累贅或長篇敘述，用關鍵詞的重點提示。 反應前、反應後的結果最好能放在一張投影片上。 字體大小要適中 ( 不要小於 18) ，播放時，後排同學要能看見。. 水蘊草細胞的滲透反應 (1). Chloroplast. Cell wall. Plasma membrane.
