  1. Overview

  2. Purpose: This is a Discipleship program designed to help set the foundation that was laid when an individual accepted the gift of salvation. Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone of that foundation. The setting of the foundation is activated by the teaching and exampling of basic foundational principles from the word of God. These foundational truths will produce in those who are now children of God the ability to be steadfast, rooted, and built up in Jesus Christ. They will become established in the faith, promoting within a foundation that can be built upon.

  3. The Nurturance Program consists of two basic components:The Nurturance Network Support System This is a network of individuals and families who will be nurturers for those desiring support as they continue their walk with Christ. Intensively for the next four to six months, the nurturer's responsibilities will include: • Developing supportive relationships. • Being available to individuals, when necessary. • Commitment to prayer and intercession for individuals. • Keeping a hedge of protection around them. • Being an encouragement to the individuals through exhortation. • Speaking words that will edify and produce life from God's word. • Being an example of the sons of God as they see Christ in you.

  4. "Setting the Foundation" This teaching ministry is designed to help Gods' children become established in the faith. You will learn to walk in the maturing processes that began when you received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Through these teachings from the Holy Scriptures you will: • Begin to understand what it means to be redeemed. • You will come to know God intimately and learn about the Holy Spirit and His ministry. • You will also learn how to walk in the character of God being conformed to the image of His Son Jesus the Christ.

Word Study - Promise / Scripture Research B. Promise of the Holy Spirit C. I Am your keeper

  6. Phase two Developing the Character of God • Part I The Transformation: A. Word Study/Scriptures research B. Renewing the mind. C. Walking in the Spirit. D. The temple of God. • Part II The Process of Sanctification: A. Judgment B. Accountability Vs. Justification C. Repentance
