  9. CONCLUSION The first year of the projectwasverybusy. Wefinditwasdifficult to coordinate all the activitieswith all the teachersinvolved in the project. It wasnecessary to take extra time with the pupils to coordinatetheiractivities: theyfeltitwastoomuchsotheywere not verymotivated to workduring an extra time. Most of the teachersdidn’twant to go on because of the extra work. English teacherswere not motivated by the projectexcept the training teacherswho gave us a help. Wedecided to reduce the group of pupils and to focus on one activitywhichwaseasy to integrateinto the curriculum and into the time table. This activty (TPE) was important for their final exam and gave them a mark included in the baccalaureat.
