We are learning about… Oct. 6th – Mad Hatter Day (for Alice in Wonderland fans) Oct 7th – You Matter to Me Day (“Because everyone matters to someone, and someone matters to you.”) www.brownielocks.com ELA:Beginning our Unit on History with Rosa Parks Math: Math Stories/Schedules and Times, Multi/Division drills/Ordering Numbers/Greater Than, Less Than Science: Physical Science: Exploring Simple Mixtures and Compounds/ Solids, Liquids or Gas Social Studies: Current Events: Had A Bad Day AND New Vocabulary “Hero Categories” Fun Memories from Last Week! On Tuesday, Sept. 30th, we walked to Walmart for our first Community Based Instruction (CBI) of the school year. We baked brownies and chocolate chip cake-mix cookies on Thursday and sold them to our teachers.
