  5. Most of the target speak and communicate in non English medium. The operation of computer and Internet demands a command over English The lack of knowledge in English is a major reason which keeps away users from these facilities

  7. The computer doesn't demand an expert of English and English is not the language of computer, Its only a medium through which the user can operate it. So a basic knowledge on English like few keywords, understanding the technical terms is sufficient English is not at all a requirement in this age of millions of supportive apps.

  9. The technology has made it possible to reach any corner of the world. India ,to be particular, Karnataka is technically advanced in Communication technology. Liaoning with Telecommunication company and request their assistance.
