Project Examples (1/3)E-Government: Citizen Request Management. • The portal is available to all citizens to capture any requests / issues without log-in. • Integration of all channels: internet, smart phone, email, phone, mail and fax. • Additional voting portal for hot current topics. • Scalable cloud-based solution. • Joint project of the city of Friedrichshafen and surrounding boroughs (Bodenseekreis). • Simplifies work of local authorities. • Optimises administrative processes / efficiency. • Transparency and feedback for the citizens. Project Examples (2/3)E-Health: Remote Patient Care. • Telemedicine system for interactive care of heart patients. • Objective: provide care at patient's home, reduce hospital stays. • Vital sign data is transmitted regularly by TV. • Physicians provide continuous and gap-free care to their patients using the telemedicine system. • Higher life expectation and quality of life. • Lower administrative efforts for doctors.
