Foster continued improvement in school management processes through review and enhancement. Participating schools can assess data, create improvement plans, and monitor execution. Awards include exchange programs and cash prizes.

  2. Objective Foster continued improvement in work at schools, through review and enhancement of their school management processes.

  3. Who can participate? Early childhood, primary and secondary schools and secondary schools integrated into state/district and municipal systems.

  4. How can an award contribute to improving management processes? Enrollment in the PGE allows the principal and the academic community to take a break in the rush of the day to day and take an analytical look at the school. Step 1 ( involve and mobilize the school community (teachers, employees, parents, students and administrative team) Step 2  assess school data (with the community) Step 3  systematize information on the school (start production on online enrollment) Step 4  create an Improvement Plan (online enrollment) Step 5  create a committee to monitor execution of the Improvement Plan and results achieved

  5. How can an award contribute to improving management processes? Mobilization of the community to build a virtuous cycle. COLLECT AND ANALYZE DATA IMPROVEMENT PLAN COLLECTIVE SELF-ASSESSMENT

  7. Awards The outstanding school principal in each state will participate in an exchange program in the United States. And more: "Best in the State" Diploma + BRL 6,000* "Best in the Nation" (finalists) Diploma + BRL 10,000* "Reference Brazil" Diploma = BRL 30,000* *Cash awards are non-cumulative
