Thiswasatransactionwherewetookcareofeverything-fromproperty,contractualand ownership issues for an established corporate who we have an excellent, growing relationshipwith.CharlieJhootyfromthefirmhaskindlyleftussomebrieffeedback:

WewereinstructedinJuneamidthegraspoflockdown.Notonlydidwehavesometricky draftingtodoonthedocuments(duetoadeferredelementonthevaluation)butalso pushedthroughthesaleattheheightofCovid.Thiscouldhavebeenastressfulsalebut wecompletedinOctober.Italsoshowedhowsuperblylawyerscanworkfromhomeusing technologysuchasMicrosoftTeamsandDocusign(electronic)signatures.
