  3. BENEFITS OF HEALTHY EATING Live Longer • Well, the first benefit of living a healthy lifestyle is that you probably will live a longer and more healthier life. If you have a family to support this is very important because you will be there for them to provide financial and emotional support. If you have a son or daughter I am sure that they will want their mom and dad to be there for them all times. For parents you get the joy of raising your kids and watching them grow from toddler to their early childhood years and all the way up to adulthood. As a parent you will have the joy of being around your grand children and even watch them grow. Look and Feel Better • Overall you will look and feel better. You will have a much more positive outlook on life. It will pay great dividends for you down the road as far as your physical, emotional and mental state of mind. It will reduce anxiety and stress. It also will alleviate and lessen the chances of depression or getting depressed all the time because you are feeling good about yourself and have a more positive state of mind.
