  21. Interview with V.P (MAY27) PLEASE TELL US ABOUT THE EFFORTS AND PLANS THAT YOU HAVE CONDUCTED SO FAR TO PLACE NOWDAY'S POSINSITION IN THE DISPLAY MARKET. We put our all effort into company’s strategies. Not only R&D, but we also did our best in marketing field. Every part of our company is well mixed for the goal. 20

  22. Interview with V.P YOUR COMPANY ALSO HAD DIFFICULTIES TO ACHIVE THE COMPANY'S GOAL. TELL US WHAT THOSE WERE AND HOW SAMSUNG SDI OVERCAME THE CHALLENGES. We have been sued by Japanese companies on the patent rights. Tt was the one of the worst difficulties. we tried negotiation to exchange both companies patent. 22

  23. Interview with V.P COMPARING SAMSUNG AND SONY, SAMSUNG GROUP MADE MUCH MORE PROFIT THAN SONY DID. WE’D LIKE TO KNOW THE RIVAL OF THE SAMSUNG SDI AND STRATEGY TO SUPRESS THE COMPETITOR. Samsung is the No. 1 company in Korea, but not all over the world. So we’ve learned from many of world's best companies to overcome our situation 23

  24. Interview with V.P HOW DOES YOUR COMPANY CONTROL LABOR AND WHAT KIND OF BENEFIT PROGRAM DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE TO SATISFY THE EMPLOYEES? We’ve been paying the highest salary to our employees in Korea, Which makes our employees to feel proud and satisfied. We also pay more than they expect. We also have the best welfare policy for our employees. {He didn’t mention Samsung’s non labor union policy any more} 24

  25. Interview with V.P GIVE US SOME ADVICE FOR THE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS' DIRECTIONS TO BECOME NEXT LEADERs OF THE KOREAN ECONOMY. We are one of the top global companies but not No.1.  which means we need to put  more effort ,as much as others do, to become no.1. Don’t be satisfied on your situation.  Be the No.1. And then Samsung will hire your ability. 25

  26. Conclusion There is no free lunch. so simple. Must research on the company for the Interview. Without any efforts, nothing can be made. Team Work is the key to success 26
