  2. What is an integrated inspection plan? A multi disciplinary or thematic operational plan that contains at least: • objectives • procedure • time path • who is doing what • the way of reporting

  3. Objectives • What do you want to achieve? • Total transparency • Specific theme (safety, emissions ect.) • Identify violations • Combination

  4. Procedure How to do it? • Compose the project team • Apoint a project leader • Sub projects by media or discipline • Inspection techniques • Matching and verification of results

  5. Time path Think backwards when you make your time path: • When must the project be finalised • What results do you need for your report • What is the sequence of activities • When is who available/useable • How much time do you have/need • Evaluating points

  6. Who is doing what? • Describe the responsibilities of every team member • Describe the task(s) of every team member • Describe the product(s) of every team member

  7. The way of reporting Who will receive the results? • authorities/policy makers • inspection agency • public/ngo’s • the inspected companies

Pay attention to the following points: • By the end of 2005 the whole installation must be transparent (input, throughput, output); • There must be an approved agreement with a implementation time path between authorities and Recticel Interiors CZ at the end of 2005 about the results, improvements and correction of violations; • The verification of the measurement reports, contracts and operational procedures which were sent to the authorities by Recticel Interiors CZ; • You have to make a chapter describing how BAT is integrated in the whole process (input, throughput and output); • Make a format for your annual report.
