City Hall Group Exercise Highlights • All classes offered in City Hall will be free as of 9/1 • We identified new instructors to support the classes at City Hall by leveraging our relationship with Rec and Park • We have increased visibility by having an HSS team member present at the City Hall Classes over the last 2 weeks of August, which has helped to support the transition of instructors, answer questions and announce the changes in the classes becoming free.

Individual Wellness Services • Wellness Week: Grand Opening of the HSS Wellness Center (May 19 – May 23) • See the Wellness Week report for complete details • Rec and Park Group Exercise Pilot (May 19 – July 11) • Rec and Park instructors are teaching a variety of classes at the Wellness Center • Yoga Flow Mondays @ 12:10 • Zumba Mondays @ 5:15 and Wednesdays at 12:10

Individual Wellness Services • Firefighter’s Biomonitoring Study (May 5) • Hosted three informational sessions – 21 potential study participants • Attended the Wellness Week Expo – 11 potential study participants • Stress Coaching Pilot (May 23) • As part of Wellness Week, EAP Counselor and Certified Wellness Coach Jean Miranda, offered stress coaching to 8 individuals • The EAP team is evaluating the best way to incorporate stress coaching into the wellness services
