Physical Features • Capital: Warsaw • Location: Central Europe, East of Germany • Climate: Its cold and cloudy in Winter, And there’s showers and Thunderstorms in the Summer. • Mountains: Carpathian Mountain. • Major Rivers: Neisse river, Vistula River, Warta River, Bug River. • Borders: Germany to the West, Czech Republic and Slovakia to the South.

  3. Animals And Plants • Physical characteristic: Baltic Sea, Gulf of Gdansk, And Masurian Lake, • Behavior: People tend to socialize very much with their own kind. Education is very important in Poland so it is unlikely that people with high education will socialize with those who are not educated. • Habitat: The habitat in Poland is simple, Decent and Affordable. • Enemies and Defenses: In September 1939 “The Defense of Poland” took place. They had a lot of major attacks.

  4. Tourist Attraction • Interesting facts: The Wawel Castle in Krakow. Where it is said that a Dragon lived underneath the castle. • Descriptions: 300 thousand square kilometers. • President: BroinslawKomorowski • Population: 38,441,588

It's not a desert, Its more like and appetizers.. • You would see the statue of the freedom fighter Tadeusz.

  6. Culture • Celebrations: New Years Day, In most holidays in Poland public shops and offices are closed. • Independence: Poland got its Independence in November 11, 1918 • Special foods: Shyman • Sports: Track and field, table tennis, canoeing, swimming, skiing, soccer and horseback riding.

Fun Facts! • Poland is the 9th largest country in Europe. • In Poland the name Day is considered more important than the Birthday. • In Poland, bananas are peeled from the blossom end, not from the stem end. • Pizza in Poland does not contain tomato sauce. The waiters bring sauce to the table in a pitcher, and you pour it on top. Sometimes the sauce is just ketchup.
