Specifications 6-Ton rating 21’ & 22’ beds Approximately 8.75” height above frame (Current JD design 11” – Miller LCG 7.12”) 10.5° load angle (Miller LCG 11 degrees) 21° dump angle XLP-6 Low Profile Car Carrier Specs • ~100 lbs heavier than current 6-Ton weight (~5,800 lbs) • Current 21’ steel and aluminum decks • New 22’ decks • No special chassis requirements

  3. Chassis CA Changes • 21’ beds: 132 – 144” • Currently: 138 – 156” • 22’ beds: 144 – 156”

Utilize Current 6 Ton & Aluminum Decks • Current beds including dual angle (6” beams) • 10.5° load angle* 8.0° dual angle beds* • New subframe • Super-style 11’ roll cylinder • Current outboard tilt cylinders • Bed supported by truck frame * Load angle based on 11’ roll cylinder, recommended CA and 32” frame height

Installation • Installs on most chassis w/ correct CA without additional modification. • No need to alter or modify cross members or suspension components. • Suitable for Spring Ride or Air Ride suspension. • For optimum Load Angle utilize Air Ride Suspension w/ Dump Valve. • Installs in same time and with the same factory installation charge as Standard Duty Carrier.
