Staff Information • SUBJECT ANIMATORS: - Complete the subject animator application form if you are interested in applying for the position. - Mary has the form - English, French, Math, Science, Social Science and Physical Education • STAFF LIST - Please see Mary Frangiosa if your address, phone number etc. has changed or if you are new to LJHS.

  4. Staff returning~ changes • George Dimacacos is our staff assistant (50%) once again • Heidi Klinger, Tony and Mary are back • Andy Cote is back as lab tech • Cyril is back as 50% TOS • Laurie Bergeron has joined LJHS replacing Karen • There will be a second 30 hour attendant in Nadia’s class

Special Leaves • Please complete the special leave request form for 2014-2015 (accommodation of religious beliefs) if you have not done so. • The forms are for TEACHERS ONLY. • The forms have been e-mailed to you. • Deadline is August 29, 2014. Requests received after this date will be refused

  13. Summer School • 31 LJHS students attended 40 summer school courses in English, French or Math • 29 0f 40 courses were passed • Summer school report cards are available if you have a question about a particular student passing or the mark they received

  17. ATTENDANT ALLOCATION • LJHS’s total attendant allocation is 134 hours • In addition we have: 30 hours for our behavior technician Heidi 30 hours for IPL-C (TBD) 30 hours for BC (Angela) 30 hours Special Ed. (Angela)

  18. Parking • Teacher parking is on the south side of the building only. (Either the gravel or paved parking lot) • Parent drop off in the morning is the south side of block C • Bus drop off is the north side (no cars allowed) • Parking spaces in the front of the building are reserved. Teachers are not to park in the front of the building.

SLSNPC • This committee determines the distribution of the school’s current allocation of resources to service special needs students (resource teachers, attendants, technicians, behavior techs etc…) • Assesses the support services provided to students and reviews the effectiveness of the allocated services • Three teachers needed • Meetings are monthly
