  3. Character Cluster Appearance: Personality Traits: Character: Passenger “Margot” Fiery red curly hair, petite, 4’11, wearing gaudy jewelry with a skirt suit Has a quick temper, extremely impatient, complains excessively Mannerism: Waves her index finger around as she speaks passionately

  4. Now, Brainstorm 3 Possible Conflicts Between Characters Here are my examples: [Between passenger and flight attendant] 1. Margot impatiently waits for the flight attendant with the drink cart to stop in her row. The flight attendant takes too long to assist Margot, so Margot begins to insult her. 2. Margo asks the flight attendant to change the movie because she hates romantic comedies. When the flight attendant explains that she cannot fulfill her request, Margot throws her drink at her. The flight attendant has run out of pillows to distribute among the passengers, but Margot insists that she must find one. Although the flight attendant repeatedly apologizes, she explains that there are no more pillows. Margot then begins screaming at the flight attendant.
