  2. Michael Landis (Historian) is an education specialist and he has been working with various institutes and universities. His academic specialties include Antebellum & Civil War USA; Slavery; Politics & Partisanship; Public History.

  3. Michael Landis also has multiple awards and fellowships to his name including the Beautification Award, Ballston Spa Business & Professional Organization Nov. 2020 For the SCHC exhibit “Coping with Crisis”, and “Organized Research Grant,” URC, Tarleton State University.

  4. Michael Landis (Historian) has also attended various academic conferences. He was a part of the roundtable: “Narrative Challenges in the Writing of History” at the Organization of American Historians, Annual Meeting, Sacramento, CA, in April 2018.

  5. Michael Landis has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Nevada State College (Las Vegas, NV). He also served as an Assistant Professor of History; the Honors Faculty at Tarleton State University (Stephenville, TX).
